DAY 2 FOOD JOURNAL 

Morning: Water
Breakfast: Rockin Wellness shake with almond milk and Coconut oil
Next: Phresh Green Drink
Next: Astragalus and Dandelion Tea 
Next: Brazil Nuts
Lunch: TED Guacamole with Black Bean Chips :)
Next Big LUSH RAW RED GRAPES :) 

Dinner: Super Kale Salad 
Next: TED Chocolate Peanut Butter Cups 
Next: Mongosteen Drink (its a superfood and anti inflammatory, high in vitamins including Vit C)
Next: Lemon Water

8 things consumed today are RAW & LIVING.
2 things were cooked.
Everything was vegan.

This kind of eating is good for cleansing, replenishing cells, for feeling good, weight loss, clear skin, cleansing, nourishment, warming the body.
