Up at 5am ...
Morning: Lemon Water
Next: Rockin Wellness Superfood Shake with Hemp Milk with KATIE!!!
Then we went on an adventure to one of our favorite places in New York... ORGANIC CORNER!
Had: BEET JUICE (beet, carrot, lemon, red apple, ginger)
Next: GREEN JUICE (green apple, lemon, spinach, kale, parsley, celery, cucumber)
Next: Reeces Pieces SMOOTHIE (organic bananas, almond milk, peanut butter, cacao, maple syrup!)
Next: Sea Snax ! Roasted Sea weed, sea salt and extra virgin olive oil
Next: 3 charcoal capsules (digestive cleanse)
Next: 1 cup of water with 1 tablespoon of DIAMTOMACEOUS EARTH
Next: 1 cup of water with 1 teaspoon of PHRESH GREENS! (spinach, kale, wheatgrass)
Now I am off the the airport to fly to IOWA! I will be eating the following... carrying snacks with me on board ! ALWAYS PREPARED ;)
Next: More SEA SNAX! Roasted Sea weed, sea salt and extra virgin olive oil
Next: The Earth Diet RAW CHOCOLATE PEANUT BUTTER CUPS ! (cacao butter, cacao powder, maple syrup Grade B, vanilla extra, coconut oil, peanuts)
Next: Macadamia Nuts
