Morning: Lime juice in water!

Next: 1 tablespoon diatomaceous earth in water


Next: Free range eggs cooked in extra virgin olive oil (aware that coconut oil is healthier for cooking), in a wholewheat wrap with lettuce and avocado and sea salt!

Next: Fresh pineapple

Next: Fresh papaya

Lunch: Salmon cooked in banana leaves with ginger. With rice. With green salad: avocado, spinach, basil, lime!



Next: Chocolate Balls ! Fresh roasted cacao, almonds, honey! Dusted in roasted almond meal!


Next: More rice and salad from lunch! with a fresh squeeze of lime!
