DAY 11 FOOD JOURNAL 

In
New York...

Woke up 8 am 
First: A glass of water with lemon juice ! yes freshly squeezed  ! YES ORGANIC !!! 
Next: GREEN JUICE ( 1 green apple, bunch KALE, 1 cucumber, 1 lemon with rind, handfuls of spinach, chunk of ginger, 3 celery stalks! ) from OC :) 
THEN ...... Shots of smoothies all day !!! ;) BEST EVER (if you like CHOCOLATE/PEANUT BUTTER) is 'Reeces Pieces' made with ORGANIC everything; bananas, peanut butter, CACAO, agave/honey/maple syrup, almond milk from yes organic corner
Next: A BEET JUICE! 1 beet, 3 carrots, 3 celery stalks, 1 cucumber, 1 small chunk of ginger, 1 red apple and 1 lemon with rind
Next: 1 cup of water with 2 teaspoons of Himalayan salt 

Next: I cup of water with 1 teaspoon of cayenne pepper 
Next: 2 PACKETS OF SEA SNAX !!! YES !!! ORGANIC CORNER JUST GOT SEA SNAX IN !!!
Sea weed, olive oil, sea salt and some have onion and chipolte ! GREAT ALTERNATIVE TO CHIPS ! 
Next: Quinoa cooked in water, beans, turmeric and cumin with peas, cilantro and avocado ! and more fresh cilantro on top :)
Next: Rockin Wellness Shake with hemp milk and ice !

Today I absorbed a LOT of anti oxidants and nutrition at a CELLULAR LEVEL through juicing, 
 the CAYENNE PEPPER ALONE I got its benefits :

Everything I consumed today was RAW except the quinoa was cooked! and the SEA WEED SNAX ROASTED ! :) lots of living nutrients consumed :)
Exercise: Walking :) At Organic Corner majority of the day !!!! :))))
