My Customized Health Programs include a Exercise Program, Eating Program and Hypnosis Program.
This is what my day looked like - Thursday 7th 2011.
Eating Program:
Morning: Water with 1/2 a lemon.
Next meal: Beet, carrot, celery and ginger juice.
Next meal: Ginger tea. Cut up small chunks of ginger in boiling water.
Next meal: Beans and white rice with avocado and herb salad. Ingredients: Black beans, white rice, olive oil, spring onions, garlic, kale, avocado, fresh coriander/cilantro.
Next meal: A bowl of fresh strawberries.
Next meal: A Mango.
Exercise Program:
Morning: 45 minutes walking. 15 minutes stretching.
Night: 30 minutes walking and breathing :)
Hypnosis Program:
20 minutes listening to my customized 'Weight Management' ;)
