April Day 15

Day 15 on my April Challenge!

My Customized Health Programs include a Exercise Program, Eating Program and Hypnosis Program.

This is what my day looked like - Friday April 15th 2011.

Eating Program:
Morning: A glass of water and a green tea
Next meal: A nectarine
Next meal: 2 chocolate balls with almond butter
Next meal: An avocado
Next meal: A banana, blueberry, pineapple and coconut water smoothie and raw Thai Wraps at Pure Food and Wine with my beautiful friend Cassandra :) Ingredients: Lettuce, apple cider vinegar, walnuts, peanuts, mint, coriander/cilantro, mango, cabbage. mmm!
Next meal: A raw chocolate almond bar
Next meal: A chocolate balls with almond butter. Ingredients: Cacao, cacao butter, agave, water, almonds.
Another green tea



Exercise Program:

Morning: 15 minutes meditation, 30 minutes stretching.
Afternoon: Walking around Manhattan and a 1 hour yoga class at night wit Cassandra :) We went to Yoga To The People a donation based class, and it was FULL! It is in the East Village of Manhattan, the same area as Pure Food and Wine and other healthy businesses :)

Hypnosis Program:
20 minutes listening to my customized 'Weight Management' ;)
