Day 31

Earth Diet buffet dinner with Liana, Alice, Aisi, Karin and Charlotte! Chick Pea Curry, Brown Rice Risoto, Sweet Thai Noodles, Sweet & Spicy Raw Thai wraps with avocado and mango!
Day 31 completing The Earth Diet's new personalize customized programs :)

My Customized Health Programs include a Exercise Program, Eating Program and Hypnosis Program. The programs were created by our team for my personal 'wants' and requirements (etc I want to eat dessert everyday, various exercises and also meditation). What you want may be different and so your program would reflect that.

This is what my day looked like - Sunday May 1st 2011.

Eating Program (all meals use ONLY ingredients that are provided naturally by earth):
Morning: A beet, celery, cucumber, ginger and grapefruit juice.
Next meal: Granola! A product of The Earth Diet by Michele's Goji Berry Granola. Ingredients: almonds, oats (gluten free), agave, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, cranberries, walnuts, coconut, goji berries and vegan butter spread. It is also gluten free, soy free, sugar free and high in antioxidant and is now available for purchase in USA through MYLO Gourmet website (www.mylogourmet.com) and will be shipped to your home :)
Next meal: Almond butter
Next meal: A buffet with m beautiful friends from Sweden... Alice, Aisi, Karin and Charlotee! We had "Sweet & Spicy Thai wrap", raw. Ingredients: lettuce, avocado, mango, agave, olive oil, rice wine vinegar, himalayan salt, carrot, cabbage, ginger, garlic and cayene pepper. We also had "Sweet Thai Noodles" ingredients rice noodles, coconut oil, agave, zuchinni, cabbage, rice wine vinegar. And we had "Chick Pea Curry" ingredients: Chick peas, potatoes, thyme, tumeric, nutmeg, cayenne pepper, carrots, brown rice, onion and garlic. And "Homefries" ingredients: potatoes, onion, garlic, coconut oil, sage, thyme, oregano, cilantro/coriander and cayenne pepper.
Next meal: Cookie Dough Balls (ingredients: oats, cacao nibs, cacao, cashews, agave and water) and Organic Gummi bears made with agave! 
A ginger tea. 
3 out of 5 meals were raw and 2 were cooked.

Raw Cookie Dough Balls, Ingredients: cacao, cacao nibs, agave, cashews and oats. And raw Gummi Bears mmm!
