What I Ate Today:
Food fest 1: A nectarine from the farmers markets, very sweet. A avocado from the Spanish store which came from Mexico. The yummiest sweetest, smoothest avaocados I have tasted!
Food fest 2: The last Peanut Butter Chocolate Ball!
Food fest 3: Strawberries and peanut butter! It may resemble the taste of peanut butter and jelly. I love it as a snack, and the peanuts are simply ground up peanuts to make a peanut butter, add a drop of olive oil or coconut oil/milk to make it a paste consistency!
Food fest 4: Rice, Beans and Avocado! mmm!
Food fest 5: some blueberries from the farmers markets :)
Recipe: The recipe for Beans, Rice and Avocado is available on The Earth Diet website and the book released later this year.
Exercise: Strecthing my body :) loves a good stretch!
