
Thoughts: Eating only foods that are good for me. I never thought it was possible. I used to binge on junk food, for five years, and whenever I would gulp down a pile of chocolate or lollies, processed foods and takeaway I would think, "my body is not actually benifiting from any of this, I am not even benifiting from this, so why do I do it?". I was not being responsible for my health. Today I ate totally raw.
